Return Refund Policy
ROSÉ LASH REFUND POLICY

If you find out that you ordered the wrong product before it was shipped, you can go to My Account and edit your order or please send a mail at email@example.com. However, you cannot change your order once the product has already been shipped.
Refund or product exchange criteria
1. If the product you ordered and the specifications are different
2. If there is a problem with the product due to damage, contamination, or mixing of foreign substances
3. In case there is a problem with the product or intrinsic performance when using the product
Shipping cost for return
You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning a product unless the product shipped to you is damaged or defective. All returned items will be tested upon receipt. Refunds and returns for items found to be damaged or non-defective and for simple change of mind are non-refundable.
What if I received the incorrect or defective product?
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review and follow up.
How to proceed with a refund or exchange
After receiving the product, if you find a problem with the product itself that meets the above criteria and want a refund or exchange,
please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting documents such as the order number, and defective product photos or videos attached. We will review and follow up.
If applicable, ROSÉ LASH reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
