ROSÉ LASH complies with the Privacy Policy

Dispatching products

For weekday orders, your products will be dispatched on the day you order or the next day, and for FedEx orders, you will receive an email about tracking your product upon shipment. For weekend orders, the products will be shipped Monday morning.


 

Estimated Shipping Cost

All our shipping will be sent through Incheon Airport in Korea, and the estimated shipping cost can be checked by selecting the region on the payment page.


 

FedEx & Tracking ordered products

We guarantee fast shipping to our customers through a contract with FedEx, and FedEx takes 1 to 5 business days depending on the region. Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail about tracking your products. You can also search it on the FedEx site by using the tracking number provided in the email.

Asia Pacific: 1-2 days

Oceania: 2-3 days

EU & UK: 2–3 days

USA & Canada: 2-3 days

Latin America: 4–5 days

Africa: 4–5 days


 

Import duties and taxes

Each country handles imported products differently and handles the relevant fees in accordance with their own laws. It is the importer's responsibility to be aware of these potential charges and fees as they relate to and are responsible for the importer and not the shipper.

Import duties or other duty-related taxes are not included in the product or shipping cost. Therefore, ROSÉ LASH is not responsible for these costs and the buyer is responsible.

Invalid Address Delivery or Lost

If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to the fault of us or the shipping company, we will ship the original ordered products to you as soon as possible.

 

If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake such as filling in the wrong shipping address, we are unfortunately not responsible for any additional shipping costs and will require correction of your order. In this case, please quickly contact FedEx with the tracking number to request delivery to the corrected address. so please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. 

 

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an mail about tracking your products upon shipment. You can also search it on the FedEx site by using the tracking number provided in the email. If you want to get a quicker and more reliable information, contacting the shipping company directly is the quickest way to see the real-time location of your product and get accurate information about your estimated delivery date.
