Temperature: Temperature plays a crucial role in the viscosity of the adhesive. As a general rule, higher temperatures tend to lower the viscosity, making the adhesive thinner and more fluid. Conversely, lower temperatures increase viscosity, causing the adhesive to become thicker and more gel-like. Extreme temperatures can even alter the adhesive's chemical properties, affecting its bonding strength.

It is recommended to work in a temperature range of 18-25 degrees Celsius (64-77 degrees Fahrenheit) / (general case) as it provides a balanced viscosity and drying time for most adhesive formulations.

Efflorescence refers to a phenomenon where the adhesive can release a white powdery residue when it reacts with moisture in very high humidity conditions. This can occur when there is an excessive amount of moisture in the air. Efflorescence may indicate that the adhesive is not bonding properly.
